Rocker moves to the top of SEC pitcher power rankings

Vanderbilt's Kumar Rocker has overtaken Jack Leiter in our SEC pitcher power rankings.

Here's a look at our Southeastern Conference pitcher power rankings after 10 weekends of play. 

SEC stats are considered, but overall stats are innings pitched are listed in parenthesis.

1. Kumar Rocker, Vanderbilt (1.55 ERA, 64 IP): Showed a four-pitch arsenal in last week's complete-game win vs. Mississippi State.

2. Jack Leiter, Vanderbilt (1.49, 60.1): Has allowed five home runs in his last two appearances. 

3. Landon Marceaux, LSU (2.10, 60): Has gone at least five innings in every start.

4. Kevin Kopps, Arkansas (0.97, 37): Five innings, one save, 12 strikeouts, no runners allowed in two appearances last weekend vs. South Carolina. 

5. Gunnar Hoglund, Ole Miss (2.73, 56): Was scratched from last weekend's start, but hopefully available this weekend. 

6. Landon Sims, Mississippi State (0.67, 27): He's logged nine appearances of two innings or more this season. 

7. Doug Nikhazy, Ole Miss (1.81, 44.2): Has had a string of seven consecutive quality starts. 

8. Patrick Wicklander, Arkansas (2.20, 41): Allowed just one run in a season-high seven innings last week vs. South Carolina. 

9. Will Sanders, South Carolina (2.70, 43.1): His move from the bullpen to the rotation has been a good thing for the Gamecocks. 

10. Christian Scott, Florida (2.20, 41): Gator super reliever has made 17 appearances (16 starts) and thrown more innings than Kopps or Sims.

11. Nick Maldonado, Vanderbilt (0.77, 23.1): Allows just 0.56 runners per inning, topping the next-best pitcher on this list (Rocker) by 0.22.

12. Cody Greenhill Auburn (2.84, 44.1): Moved back to the bullpen last week and picked up a save vs. Samford.

13. Brannon Jordan, South Carolina (3.04, 50.1): Has a 2.78 SEC ERA in 32.1 IP.

14. Cole Stupp, Kentucky (3.18, 56.2): 40 SEC innings ranks just one behind Rocker's 41.
