Records and SEC records in parenthesis.

1. Tennessee (40-4, 19-2): Vols' plus-302 run differential in all games nearly twice that of second-place Arkansas (plus-163).

2. Arkansas (34-10, 14-7): The Razorbacks are also second in run differential in league games (plus-37).

3. Texas A&M (27-15, 12-9): The Aggies have won two of three of their last four series (Kentucky, at Georgia, Arkansas, at Vandy)

4. LSU (29-14, 12-9): The Tigers surprising rank better in the SEC in runs allowed in league games (102-fourth) than runs scored (127-fifth).

5. Auburn (31-14, 12-9): The Tigers became one of just two SEC teams to take a game from Tennessee.

6. Georgia (30-14, 12-9): Georgia's Pythagorean record (a formula baed on runs scored and allowed) in league games is 9-12...

7. Vanderbilt (29-13, 10-11): ... while Vandy's is 13-8; the teams meet this weekend in Athens.

8. Florida (25-18, 8-13): The Gators (at Mississippi State, at Missouri, South Carolina) may have the league's easiest remaining schedule.

9. Alabama (25-20, 9-12): The sweep at South Carolina was the Crimson Tide's third series loss in a row.

10. Mississippi St.(25-20, 9-12): You know pitching injuries have taken a toll when State allows 30 runs in a series at Missouri.

11. Ole Miss (24-19, 7-14): Rebels have the league's worst difference between overall and Pythagorean (29-14) marks.

12. South Carolina (22-20, 9-12): The Gamecocks are now 8-4 at home in conference games.

13. Missouri (24-17, 7-14): The much-improved Tigers rank eighth in the SEC in runs scored in league games.

14. Kentucky (24-20, 7-14): At least the Wildcats are consistent, having gone 1-2 in each of their last five weekends.
