We don't know when, but expect Myles Brennan to play this fall

LSU coach Ed Oregon said he expects quarterback Myles Brennan back sometime this year, but won't set a timetable.

Brennan suffered a broken arm in a fishing accident earlier this summer.

"I don't want to say nothing prematurely," Orgeron said this week. "He's just getting over the pain."

Brennan threw for 1,112 yards, 11 touchdowns and three interceptions over three games last year before suffering a season-ending injury.

Orgeron named Max Johnson--the son of former NFL quarterback Brad Johnson--the starter in Brennan's absence.

Johnson was named the SEC's Offensive Player of the Week last year in LSU's win over Florida.
