CBS picks Jerry World for its Game of the Week for September 25th's Texas A&M-Arkansas game, it was announced on Monday. As usual, that game kicks off at 3:30 Eastern.
The Southwest Classic will headline a packed SEC slate that day.
Noon Eastern games will include the second-ranked Georgia Bulldogs traveling to Nashville to take on Vandy, which just got its first win under new coach Clark Lea. In that same time slot, LSU travels to Starkville to play among the cowbells on ESPN while Missouri goes go north to Chestnut Hill to play Boston College on ESPN2.
Auburn will face Georgia State at 4 Eastern on the SEC Network after what promises to be a hard-fought in Happy Valley against the Nittany Lions.
The night shift will see Tennessee travel to Florida for an ESPN game. The Gators have since won four in a row against the Volunteers.
South Carolina's Shane Beamer will get his first home SEC game at night against Kentucky on ESPN 2. This matchup will be the second conference game for both teams after Kentucky won a tough match-up against Missouri while South Carolina will take on Georgia this Saturday in Athens.
Alabama should have an easier game against Southern Miss on the SEC Network after its journey to Gainesville this Saturday to wrap up the Saturday slate. That one kicks off at 7:30 Eastern.
Both teams in the CBS game are 2-0. A&M's late comeback on Saturday staved off Colorado's upset bid in Denver, while Arkansas blasted Texas in Fayetteville hours afterwards.
The Aggies still haven't beaten Arkansas since joining the SEC.
