Here are our final SEC football power rankings for the 2021 season. Overall and conference records are in parenthesis, along with Jeff Sagarin's strength of schedule. Teams are rated on their bodies of work, not just who did well or poorly in the final few games.

1. Georgia (14-1, 8-0, No. 10 SOS): The Bulldogs out-scored opponents by an un-thinkable 426 points.

2. Alabama (13-2, 7-1, 4): The SEC champs, led by Heisman-trophy-winning quarterback Bryce Young, led the league with a plus-10 turnover margin.

3. Ole Miss (10-3, 6-2, 25): The Rebels beat six teams that went to bowls, and won more than six for the first time since 2015.

4. Arkansas (9-4, 4-4, 14): The Razorbacks' four losses were to Georgia, Alabama, Ole Miss and Auburn and its nine wins are its most since 2011.

5. Kentucky (10-3, 5-3, 68): The Wildcats had their first 10-win season since 1977, though they beat just one ranked team (Iowa).

6.  Texas A&M (8-4, 4-4, 54): The hype's already begun for next year's Aggies.

7. Mississippi St. (7-6, 4-4, 22): MSU wound up with the third-best yardage differential per game (plus-107) in the league.

8. Tennessee (7-6, 4-4, 40): The Vols lost four teams to games in the top 13 of the final AP Poll.
