The #1 ranked Georgia Bulldogs travel to Columbia, South Carolina on Saturday to take on the South Carolina Gamecocks. Southeastern 14 provides an in-depth preview of this SEC East matchup.

The Georgia Bulldogs have risen to the top of the national rankings after looking like the most complete team in the country so far in 2022. Saturday will provide Georgia's first road game test. Georgia has an experienced offense that should be able to handle the raucous environment that is Williams Bryce Stadium.

Stetson Bennett will look to continue his Heisman-caliber start to the season. Nolan Smith and Mykel Williams will be charged on the defensive side with trying to contain and sack Spencer Rattler.

Speaking of Rattler. The OU transfer put up nice yardage for SC versus Arkansas last week. However, much of the damage was done when the game was already out of change. Rattler much limit mistakes and the SC offensive line has to do a better job protecting him. Juice Wells and Marshawn Lloyd are playmakers that have to be given as many opportunities as possible to attack Georgia on the perimeter and downfield.

Georgia is a 24.5-point favorite. Kickoff is at 12:00, and the game is going to be on ESPN.
