Nick Saban brought in Tommy Rees as the offensive coordinator for Alabama in the 2023 season to bring back a physical, run-first mentality. Saban has lamented how his team, the past couple of seasons, became too pass-oriented and quarterback dependent.

Offensive lineman Tyler Booker recently shared with the media a mentality of wanting to "make people quit" and being "physically dominate" in the run game in the 2023 season.

We have seen Alabama take this approach early on in the reign of Saban. Now it appears that Bully Ball is back for the Alabama Crimson Tide in the 2023 football season.

Blayne Gilmer of Southeastern 14 breaks it all down.
