Bryce Young moves to the top of our SEC offensive player power rankings.
Here's how we rank the SEC's top 14 offensive players through five weeks of play. So far, I've considered past performance heavily but that's becoming a lesser factor from here on.
1. Bryce Young, QB, Alabama: The first-year starter is now the Heisman Trophy favorite.
2. Matt Corral, QB, Ole Miss: Averaging 343 yards of total offense per game.
3. Will Rogers, QB, Mississippi St.: Leads the SEC (and ranks fifth in the country) with 371 yards of total offense per game.
4. Kayshon Boutte, WR, LSU: Tied for the national lead with nine receiving touchdowns.
5. Tyler Badie, RB, Missouri: Leads the SEC with 661 yards from scrimmage and tied with Boutte in total touchdowns.
6. Isaiah Spiller, RB, Texas A&M: Has consistently excelled on an offense that hasn't.
7. Wan'Dale Robinson, WR, Kentucky: Averaging 16.5 yards on 33 touches for an unbeaten team.
8. KJ Jefferson, QB, Arkansas: Had a tough game vs. Georgia, but so has everybody.
9. Evan Neal, LT, Alabama: PFF gave him his highest grade of the season vs. Ole Miss.
10. Chris Rodriguez Jr, RB, Kentucky: Has rushed for at least 99 yards and 5.2 yards per carry in four of the Wildcats' five games.
11. Treylon Burks, WR, Arkansas: Has come up huge at times, but has to be more consistent.
12. Brian Robinson, RB, Alabama: Rushed for 171 yards, four TDs in Alabama's huge win last week.
13. Dontarrio Drummond, WR, Ole Miss: His 95.5 receiving yards per game ranks second behind teammate Jonathan Mingo, who's played one fewer game.
14. Tank Bigsby, RB, Auburn: His rushing yards have declined four straight weeks and teammate Jarquez Hunter led the Tigers in rushing last week.
